After we spend a half day transforming the home, we'll spend another hour with the home seller going through the rest of the home and filling out our 10-page Elite Home Redesign Action Plan, so they can complete the work. This plan takes the burden off of the real estate agent. It gives written instruction of ideal changes that need to be made by the home seller in order for the home to receive the best price.

This service is perfect for all your new listings to make a great first impression! We will spend a staging day prior to the listing weekend transforming the house into a buyer's dream.
