The focus is on creating "emotional connection" points in order to market the home to its fullest potential. Elite Home Redesign LLC will come in and give your home the final "model home" look. We are simply there to make sure the home shows in its best form and add the wow factor to ensure that all the positive aspects and features of the home are showcased. The goal of this package is to leave a lasting impression on potential buyers who often decided within minutes to purchase a home or not. These are high energy and sometimes high stress days and we can take some of the burden off of you while working right up until the doorbell rings.

This option is perfect for homeowners who love to do things themselves and who are on a budget. We will begin outside since curb appeal is just as important as the inside. It is the homeowners responsibility to take notes as we walk through the entire home. We will walk through the home as if we are the home buyers and we will point out all the issues that could complicate the selling of the house. We will give the homeowners our immediate recommendations on how each room should look. At the end of the consultation, we will give you a "Top 10 Priority List" on how to maximize the home's selling potential.
*Investment: starting at $150 depending on size of property.
We take a 1-3 hour tour observing each space, room by room. A thorough evaluation of your entire home will take place as our stagers take detailed notes and numerous photographs of each space to be staged and follow up with a comprehensive "how to" report of our staging and design recommendations you will follow as you prepare your home for sale. This report provides overall staging recommendations for furniture placement, color schemes, de-cluttering, cleaning, lighting, and exterior curb appeal. In addition, a Top 10 Priority List is also included with this consultation option. Our focus is on your interior and exterior as curb appeal is equally paramount to our success. We look through buyers eyes discussing and defining the most important areas to focus on, the primary goals we need to obtain, budget allowances, what the market is dictating and additionally create a list of top 10 priorities to get the job done right. With a consultation, you receive this report complete with our photography and preparatory information stated above and move forward to complete the work yourselves.
*Investment: 1-3 hours starting at $225 and up depending on size of property.

*All Staging Services include all loading, transport, delivery, design layout, set-up, decorating, furniture arrangement, accessorizing and de-staging.

This service provides the homeowner with our full staging service, while they still live in the home. All the recommendations from our Detailed Report will be implemented. With our Elite "Live-in" home staging services we will work with furnishings, accessories and decor that are already in your home. Often by shifting things around and taking a fresh approach, we can use much of what you have already in a different and more enhancing way. If we find that we still require pieces and materials to properly transform your space we do one of three things. We recommend items for you to purchase for completion of staging. We offer items for rent from Elite Home Redesign inventory of accessories, artwork, area rugs, linens, windows treatments, floral's and greenery. These items are billed to our clients on a monthly basis. Lastly, we can rent pieces and accessories for your home from the top local furniture rental company. There products are diverse in price, selection and style to suit any size home, taste and budget. They will also bill you on a monthly basis.

Once service contract is signed, 50% of the contract price is due at the start of the project, and the balance is due when the project is complete.
Vacant home work differently. We need to define empty spaces and create a vision of life and living inside the home. First, we will configure a design theme that best suits your homes over all style. Vacant homes require full or partial staging depending on budget allowance. We fill the rooms we decide are most important for the optimal sale and bring in items to be rented on a monthly basis. For example, Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Baths and Master bedroom. Additional rooms may be suggested if we feel it will provide better market advantage and sales appeal. Primarily we fill new construction or vacant properties with appropriate furnishings from the top local Furniture Rental Company, as well as decorative rental accessories provided by Elite Home Redesign. We choose products, which are diverse in price, selection and style to suit any size home, taste and budget. The total cost depends on what is needed to "fill in" your home for the highest sales appeal.
